This year we will be offering multiple options for our ticket pricing. Take a look at the information below to see how it works:
Super off peak
50% off standard ticket price!
Offer valid: Monday – Wednesday during November.
Off peak
25% off standard ticket price!
Offer valid: Monday – Wednesday 1st -16th December.
Standard ticket
Thursday – Sunday throughout the event, including school holidays.

Ticket resale is prohibited at Nottingham Winter Wonderland.
Disabled users pay a concession fee. Carer goes free. Wheelchairs can go on the ice. Carer must go on the ice in ice skates. Our staff CANNOT push wheelchairs around or take responsibility for disabled users on the ice.
Better Than Ever Before
This year we have taken the Ice Rink to a whole new level.
2020 will feature a 400m long SKY RINK. Skate one-way around the entire perimeter of the Market Square at 5m high, over the snowy rooftops of the Christmas Market, and the people down below.
Plus we have the children’s Ice Rink, and Ice trail around the fountains.
SKATE AS LONG AS YOU WANT! We have removed session end times, so you can skate until you get tired. We ask that you arrive on time, to allow for social distancing in the boot room.
FANCY VIP TREATMENT? Book a VIP table in Sur La Piste, and we’ll bring your skate boots to your table, as you will have direct access to the Sky Rink Ice trail.
You can skate from the age of 4. Children’s skate aids and lockers are limited and available at the skate hire only, on a first-come-first-served basis.
As numbers are limited, it is advisable to book online in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly at peak times.
Tickets can be shown on mobile devices or printed.

Unfortunately, Nottingham Winter Wonderland does not offer refunds unless under extenuating circumstances (COVID-19 outbreak). If you require a refund please contact customerservice@mellorsgroup.com. Alternatively, we can try to rearrange your session slot if session times are available.

This year we have made the decision to remove ice skating session times. Visitors can now skate on the ice for as long as they wish. Please note, once you have left the Ice Rink you will not be able to re-enter it with the same ticket.
