Can I get a refund if the Government close your event?

Do you have toilet facilities?
Yes, we do have male and female toilet facilities located in Sur La Piste. Please note, if you are looking for a winter bar experience, we highly recommend you book online in advance.
Do you have hand sanitiser stations?
Yes, we have enhanced our sanitation procedures and have installed hand sanitiser stations around the site, at each attraction.
Are masks mandatory across the event?
We are following government guidelines closely which state that masks or face coverings must be worn inside shops, indoor visitor attractions and entertainment venues. They do not need to be worn in outside areas.
Do I need a coat and gloves for the Ice Bar?
We strongly recommend that guests bring their own gloves and coat for hygiene purposes, however, coats and gloves can be hired for a fee of £2.50. All coats and gloves are cleaned after every use.
Do we have to pre-book for the Ice Bar, Sur La Piste or Altitude?
Yes, we highly recommend all visitors pre-book our winter bars in advance as we do have a limited capacity to adhere to.
Do we have to pre-book for Ice-Skating?
Yes, we highly recommend all visitors pre-book all attractions in advance as we do have a limited capacity to adhere to.
